I operate a handyman business. I was called to repair drywall in a garage for a client that was about to close escrow when they sold their home. Once we looked closer at the what had caused the damage (there had previously been a leaky toilet that was replaced) but the subfloor was not repaired. So the floor was brittle. I recommend that my client call Josh. Josh happened to have a small opening in his day to come by that same day and remove the toilet, repair the subfloor and re-set the toilet. Both jobs that Josh and I performed were time sensitive because the close of escrow was fast approaching. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism by Layout Plumbing. I had previously referred several of my clients to Josh, but it was great to get to see him perform the job in person. I highly recommend calling this company for not only your plumbing needs, but also for small remodeling jobs. After I got to know Josh, I found out that he is not only a licensed plumber, but he also has his B-2 light remodeling license. I did not have a chance to include any after photos of the repair because I had to quickly get the drywall hung as soon as he was done. But I included photos of the damaged subfloor.

He installed a new water heater, sink faucets, and supply lines, and addressed several other plumbing needs. His attention to detail and dedication truly stood out. Really took the time to look over the issue and present me with options and pricing so I could choose which worked best for me. While Josh did make suggestions, I felt no pressure to do them. I did follow his suggestions and the work done was done well!
